Songs vary with Folk, Bluegrass, Dixieland, Old Time Country and Jazz influences. Alternating between 6 string banjo and acoustic guitar, Zach is accompanied on this cd by exceptional musicians and friends - James Danielson (guitarist for blues/rock jam band, WOODSHED) on mandolin & acoustic guitar, and Mikael Jacobson (film composer & bass player for L.A. based THE HOT RODS) on double bass. There's twangy nasally vocals, incredible songwriting, fantastic musicianship and even a little scattin'. Recorded completely live, with no over dubs, in one day - what you hear at a live performance is what you get on this cd (with studio sound quality). Eleven all new original songs as well as a unique version of the traditional song "Big Rock Candy Mountain". It was fun to make and it is fun to listen too. ![]() Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda All songs written by Zach Huskey © 2004 (BMI)
